Yep.

'96 Black Special Edition 24V, FE3

Things currently on the car:
Birchmount rear lowering leafspring
intrax front springs
Cutty supreme front STB
Aweb rear STB
KYB GR-2's all the way around
Stainless Steel brake lines
New starter
New Optima Red top battery
Rack and pinion/tie rods have < 500 miles
New power steering pump
Factory polished 5 stars
Custom made ram-air hood (NOT taken down the road to maaco and paid to have them make it. I made this hood.)
Engine dress up (don't have pics yet, will though)
Badass sounding exhaust (a couple guys on here can vouch for that as well as how well this car will hold it's ground in turns)
Custom gauge setup in console w/ Volts and A:F (fiberglassed over ashtray/bowl)
Rockford Fogate Punch series amp and subs (1400W amp and 2 10"s)
Pioneer DEH-P4900IB headunit
Bad alignment (not BAD, but it's not perfect, so to me, it's bad)
Black vent visors

Things going to be on the car when sold:
Birchmount rear lowering leafspring
intrax front springs
Cutty supreme front STB
Aweb rear STB
KYB GR-2's all the way around
Stainless Steel brake lines
New starter
New Super Start battery
Rack and pinion/tie rods have < 500 miles
New power steering pump
Factory polished 5 stars
GTP hood (94-96)
Engine dress up (don't have pics yet, will though)
Badass sounding exhaust
Stock console
Pioneer DEH-P4900IB headunit
Bad alignment
black vent visors

This car is LOW. If you get level with it and look at the front, there is NO wheel gap whatsoever. The wheels are slightly tucked up until the fenderwell up front, but just slightly. No wheel rub (did a bit of modifying). The back there is a sliiiight gap.
This car is also mufflerless, as well as resonatorless. There IS drone in the cab, i've not had exhaust tips on the car for a while. I DO have a set of tips that can go with the car (fast toys tips, slash cut/rolled twin tips. Back when they were $100/piece)
I'm sure some of ya'll saw the thread where the subframe/oil pan got destroyed. Those are both being fixed in the VERY near future.

Chassis: 133K miles
Engine: 75K miles
Transmission ( < 1 year old): 20K miles

The paint is not perfect, BUT, it can look pretty sexy when cleaned up. It's a great car to have as a daily, because it's good enough that it can get attention, yet you can park up in the front row at Wal-Mart and not have to flip shit over a 1/8" mark (there are a few of them). The body is in pretty fair shape. There's no hail dents, no rust, etc. The only dent that i ever catch that pisses me off is under the passenger side rear window. Other than that, the hood paint is kinda crappy and the spoiler is pretty much shit on paint.

(i hate that the wheels were dirty in these pics)

I'll get more pics and hopefully a video soon. I'll use tijuano_no's lil camera recorder thingy

I also have a '95 GP SE white B4U that is a good PARTS car that can go along with it for a few more bucks (has a PERFECT front bumper and side panels). It's got sunroof, shitfoamgreen interior, pushrod engine, supposedly has a bad crank.

More pics and such to come.
Located in Houston, TX.
Offers are welcome...i know i'll be shot down for what i'm asking, so i'm not even going to post it. I've had previous offers somewhat recently up to $3000 (i know i won't get THAT much), but i just didn't like the hands that it may have gone into.

First, the Cutlass International, then the 5-Speed 3.4L 4Dr GP, and now this one.

It's sad to watch.  I'm hoping to put my '95 into hibernation soon.  It's got a long way to go until it's being put out of its misery.

On that note, want sad?

Yeah, it's one of the actual 57 5 speed STEs made in 1992.

While I love the middle back panels on the STE's that one doesn't quite look right, nice find, but wow, that's the end of the road for that one.

that statement almost made me feel bad for selling the car!!

BUT i still am not going to sell the '92. it's still in the garage, and it will probably be there for a while, BUT, it will still be there. I agree though, i hate seeing GP's and nice looking W's being sold. You have no clue how much i'd rather it go to a W body enthusiast over...well...anything else.

ALthough that STE manual seeing it like that, though sad, does make me feel a bit better about my decision.

And adam, you fucker, the last like 5 thread i've had you've YET to respond to anything related to what i posted about!

I'll be really honest, and I'm sure this will get everyone's ire up for me.

Everyone I talk to locally save one guy, who's had the 3.4L DOHC engine curses the thing.

I've tried to test drive a few and virtually none are anything but completely screwed up and quite simply act like a warning beacon: "DO NOT BUY THIS CAR"  I also can't afford the insurance on those things.  For me it's about a 60-70% premium over what I currently pay for the same thing, but the smaller engine of the two.

On a related note, a newer W-body seems to be imminent for me right now.  The coupe still runs like a top, but in the winter the power antenna doesn't want to go up, doors don't want to open (freeze shut, not the door handles), I've evacuated all of the smoking smell except when the heat is on and the rear defrost has two dead lines.  Most of these things are fixable, but the one thing that's not is the chassis on the car.  I like the little nibble car, eventhough I really can't afford it now that I'm burried in debt, but it's been a reasonably good ride, with lots of sunny miles left in it.

It's funny, but Adam gave me power of attorney a week back.

He agrees to buy the 1996 GP for $3000, your asking price.

Under one condition, you must buy the sacred pumpkin hat for $2999.99.
