holy wow. very nice. does the lettering go right thru? and if so how is the red in there? (im VERY good with a plasma cutter, and a cutting torch) but theres no way i could ever make it that nice.

I Made These With A CNC Laser Cutter At Work.   The Vetering Goes Through And I Put Red Reflective Vinyl On The Bottom.   Check My Www Button For More Pics

you do some nice lookin work... you think theres a way to make it so the letters have a bottom, like not cut right thru, then kinda pour a lil bit of metalic paint in there after painting the rest black, then clearing them?? i would get a boner.

The DS crossbrace broke off my car (rusted bolt on the strut mount). I don't notice any difference at all without it.

Yeah,
Cut two out for each side so they can be installed one on top of the other. If this is done with a CNC the programs are easy to replicate.
Burn the lettering through the top one. Leave the bottom one solid.
TIG weld a few places around the edges as required.
Fill the lettering with something that will not bleed through between the two parts.
