On some other forums I go on, people can add postive or negative rep to someone. Do we have that on here already and I'm just not seeing it, or do you think we can get it?

Modified the reputation system on a forum-wide basis.

Accounted for previous reputation, longitivity & post count. You'll now see reputation bars reflect the recent change.

Also lowered rep settings so the +/- reputation power "weighs heavier", although it might not be "heavy" enough for this forum.
