Probably a classic case of the emloyee looking at the order after it was shipped and saying to themselves "SHIT! I was supposed to send two?"

or back ordered... we get a handfull of butt connectors in from fedex sometimes because a bag had a hole in it that we ordered... sometimes a single trailer light will come in for a trailer we needed it for, a month ago. backorders suck ass.

Yeah, I can understand. I would say the number one thing to do is to tell the customer that they are backordered, not leave them guessing. we get a handfull of butt
That, my friend, Is indeed what she said. Can we get that on the quote at the top of the page?

(probably 1 and 1?) lol i hate mail order anything, especially that stupid bride that showed up as a barbie. what a ripoff.

Oh well...the important thing is that I finally got both of them. They were only a weekend apart. Got the first one Friday and the second one on Monday. It's all good.

Well I did my taxes this past Tuesday, so I should be getting about $830 in a week or two. I was thinking about buying a 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust piping system and a CAI from Overkill Engineering Motorsports, but I should really save it for doing the body work...that should be top priority and get rid of the rust before it spreads!

rust doesnt spread!! are you silly? lol i have an assload of problems with my shitty chevy right now. 1.) high pressure return line for PS. ($70 part and it goes from the pump, to the cooler and back to the rack) 2.) transmission cooler line (cheap, but too cold to fix right now) 3.) last night while out getting some shit done, coolant started shooting out of (i think) my power steering pump. BUT when i took off the rad cap to check how much was in there, i saw some greyish black sludge on the bottom of the rad cap. (blown headgasket?) well, either way the coolant was exiting the engine, not burning. so im hoping its just a collection of old coolant or maybe some shit from the old motor. im praying a water pump is all i need to fix the leak, i can hear the bearings on something under there SCREAM when its idling. (well not scream, but compared to silent, any noise is loud to me) plus i need plug wires too. and a new o2 sensor couldnt hurt. (but i doubt im going to bother with it) i would trade it all for a rust spot (i have one too) and upgrade issues any day!! lol

Well the car should be done this week (hopefully tomorrow or Wednesday) and I'm going straight down to pick it up when it's done. I don't care if there's still snow...I'm gonna drive it, damnit! I'm doing all the body work on it in the Springtime and the rust won't spread much more, if any, than what's already there. I'm super pumped!

Nope...nevermind. My mechanic is taking his sweet-ass time on it. Now he says he'll have it done sometime NEXT week. I had better be driving it next week or I'm gonna be pissed!

He's not even doing the exhaust anymore! I'm gonna get that done up here locally for a much better price. No, all he's gotta do is install the rear brake caliper and a few vacuum hoses...
