i can see why they never caught on,  the BRRRRRRAAAAAAAPPPPPPP from even a stock single outlet factory exhuast isnt exactly stealthy (narc cars)(undercovers)

are they louder? i havent even seen one yet. if there is one in canada, its NOT in Edmonton. lol and we have Police Dodge Rams, ford exploders... and a few other bigger things. not to mention a lowrider chevy with a big block in it painted all black with black windows and almost sitting on the ground

I just picked these up for $65 (yes, that's actually cheap compared to what they usually go for). Now I just need to get some Impala HD steelies.






I've lost 2/4 hubcaps and the 3rd keeps falling off. It sucks because my winter wheels are diarrhea brown because they're rusted so bad. I'm not gunna run these caps in the winter - I need a different option. Anyone know of any hubcaps that I could use that are similar to my old ones (don't want the same style because they SUCK).

I STILL haven't found any 16" steelies for this car. I've even resorted to just looking for light duty (NON-9C1/3) steelies with no luck. The centercaps are tits though, I might get some 16" rings to go on the steelies but I'm not sure yet - gotta get the steelies first.

Might also get some smart intersection lights to replace the standard ones. My other bars have pursuit lights, not even full intersection sweeps. I'm thinking I might stick one on my S15 to see how it looks. Hell, while I'm at it I'll stick the other on my box truck

As a side note, I've modified my lightbar again. Replace the intersection lights with smart intersections (VERY FUCKING COOL). I've also replaced the center high-speed rotator with an oscilaser (Code 3's oscillating  light), added two more front wig-wags; and added some rear "work/turn off your fucking high beams" lights.

She's currently getting some bodywork done to get ready for paint. My garage is a FUCKING DISASTER and I wasn't nearly ready to do anything inside (I'm trying to re-do the electrical, ceiling and walls so everything is a mess) but it started raining so inside it went.




I decided it was too much goddamn work to remove the lightbar, so I came up with this ingenious idea



Now I gotta remove the pushbumper, tape off the shit that's not getting painted, sand everything down, prime it, and spraybomb the damn thing. I'm thinking about removing the headlight guards on the pushbumper, or at least modifying them so they're smaller.

Haven't done any work to it since September, all my spare time has gone into my snowmobile, snowblower, and truck. It's all disassembled and taped off, and all the body work (minus where the trunk rotted) has been done. When it warms up and after the snow melts and the ground is solid, I'm going to pull it out of the garage, swap the 9C1 wheels for the crappy winter steelies, clean the garage, fix the trunk, replace the steering rack, and then finally paint it.

Sounds like a plan. I'm trying to repair rusty quarters, doors, and trunk lid. I'll get pics up eventually.

Yeah, the quarters, rockers, and trailing arm supports are problem areas, along with the lateral arms. The only rust this car had was above the tail lights. It sat under a tree, and where the trunk drains built up with pine needles and rotted it all out, so now the water drains into the trunk. It's going to be a PITA to fix.
