I'm with Adam.  SHE IS SUPPOSED TO STICK around if she hit your car.  She is doing you no favor.  Do what YOU want to do.  If you want to find used parts and put on your car.  DO IT!  If not go through insurance.

you guys just dont get it... in this damn city something like this happens and 99 times out of a hundred the dumbfuck in the other car doesnt even get out ot their car, its kind of a oh well im not paying for 2 repairs so i will look at mine later deal lets get the fuck out of here.  she stayed... she is paying the bill.... she is not trying to jew me down into a repair shop that wants to use aftermarket parts... she is ok with paying for a rental for me and paying dealer prices for the repair...

besides the way i am with money if i had 1300 bucks sitting in a bank account somewhere i would prolly end up with new rims and tires and still have a busted bumper

That really sucks! But dont worry, my friend had this one car, and he said he had it all "tricked out" and such, you know thw body kit, rims stereo etc etc, and when it got back from paint, it was actually really nice, I saw the pictures, but after that hes liek I started driving it, and it was a magnet for dumbfucks. I couldnt go anywhere without getting a dent. So your not alone!

come to think of it, my white lumina got backing into by my dad, hit a snowbank, twice, and the rear end collapsed... hrmmmmm
