In a way, pretty much, half way through a dash swap i had a realization, the black car would not be able to pass any form of an inspection except maybe emissions here. I got hooked up with a new (to me) 92' B4U GP in Bright Aqua Metallic that had a blown engine, that I have been molesting for a little while now which is still a work in progress due to the crappy weather here.

Other then just needing to clean the rim up some not bad after a little work
