Engine: 3.1L (T) with 199,223 miles
Ok, so I was leaving my friends house the other morning and my car dies. So I looked at the injector fuse and its fine (Injector fused popped on 2 other accounts before) checked ALL of the fuses and everyone of them were fine. so now I tear in a bit.
Fuses are fine Oil looked fine Replaced the ECM Replaced the FPR Replaced the Injectors Injector wiring harness looks fine Replaced the fuel rail Fuel filter was replaced ~2k miles ago
the car just cranks and cranks but wont actually turn over, it does fire when starting fluid is sprayed into the intakes showing that I have spark.
So what else can it be?

Did you check that you have fuel pressure? Can you hear the fuel pump prime?

checked the pressure via the valve on the fuel rail and its fine, and the fuel pump does prime when the key is turned over

So it WILL start with starting fluid? Does it stay running?

It does start with starting fluid directly sprayed into the intake but after a second or two, the car dies.
Picked up a new fuel filter, since it couldnt hurt to try that since there could be a chance of it being clogged

did you actually hook up a gauge to the rail or just press it down.

I talked to Aaron on the phone and we found out the problem. His serpentine belt was rubbing the harness, and cut through the injector wire.
He patched it up, and now his car runs fine again.
