kick ass.  i'm in the middle of doing a major cleaning on my mom's black '99 Grand AM GT sedan right now (she bought it new and it now has 63,000 miles).  the 3400 is pretty peppy even stock.  i turned the TC off and it had no problem spinning the tires for awhile from the stoplight.  i'm going to thoroughly check the LIM gaskets for leakage while i'm at it.

a Turbo 3400/5-speed in your '90 Cutlass 'vert would kick ass!
