Alright so im deciding to tear into the 3.1 to get it running again. did a bit of research and my main problem was a bad crank sensor and blown head gaskets. (found coolant in all 3 piston cylinders on the rear head when i pulled it)
so is there any easy way to remove the oil pan WITHOUT having to remove the engine? if so how? and one more thing to remove the front end the dog bone bracket needs to come off but whats the location of some of the bolts to remove it? I found the 2 on top and one on the front side of the bracket but its still held firmly in place.

I believe the bracket might be the same since it runs to the AC compressor minus the right side dogbone mount that the 3.1/3100 gets

well, what i would do, is remove the lower bolts for the engine mount, put a piece of wood on the jack and jack on the transmission pan, and carefully raise the engine, that should allow clearence for all the bolts, and to weasle the pan out, have fun! lol. If its a real pain, the Subframe can be lowered also, so youed need multipul jacks.

something like that, I'm probably just gonna pull it for the sake of being lazy. from where the engine is now all i need to undo are the trans bolts, the converter bolts and a bracket on the back and out it comes.

Don't see why not yeah the 3.4L is a bit larger but should be able to have enough room to inch it over and out but that's just me though

The W body manual has a sequence of steps to follow to pull the 3.4L out the top. I bought a new set when I bought my used 92 Z-34. They are probably worth more than the car now.
