***any and ALL input on parts I should use to replace please speak up.......***

alright....

just got done tearing my 4t60e apart....ugh...what a task.

couldn't find anything wrong w/ it....other than the chain is stretched like CRAZY and way outta spec.

the 1-2 clutchpack still had the factory lettering on the band (WTF)....hardly any wear.....and the diff is in pretty good shape for 125k of abuse.

Here's the case

again....

all the internals wrapped in plastic garbage bags to keep them as clean as possible till reinstallation

shop floor all cleaned up for the time being

probably one of the clutch packs friction materials gone, or the bands worn out. Or you may even check out the servo piston seals too for sure since those are what actuate the bands.

nope, clutch packs are still in GREAT shape...factory lettering is still on them!

the accumulators are still in great shape, I"m thinking a valve in the valve body got stuck.  It drove fine after I led the car sit...

o well, a fresh rebuild will be sweet

i just did a tranny a school (college). the vehicle did not move. we replaced all the seals in the transmission and also the torque converter because the shaft that goes into it stripped out. i would do your seals and check the converter.
