I have a 93 Cutlass with the 3.4L.  I know if you do the 96 and up intake swap you can gain some horses, now when you do that can I switch it to OBDII and from there delete the EGR and use a block off plate?  Also with the new OBDII can the make custom chips for them?  Just curious basically after I do the 96 intake swap, what new options do I have that I did not have before...
