i finally have boost and A/F gauges wired up.  i had the boost gauge line connected for awhile now and the gauges were actually mounted, but none of the wiring was done.  everything was easy going until i was just about done.  just before putting the cluster trim panel back on, i realized i had no boost gauge light.  wtf.  i also noticed that my cluster would not dim anymore with the slider switch.  checked fuses, all looked good.  checked numerous locations with a DMM and couldn't find any problems.  i was starting to think that my headlight/dimmer switch just went bad.  finally (after an hour of troubleshooting the problem) i swapped out the 5 amp panel fuse and it works!  fucking old fuse blew yet it still looks good.

nice to have lit up & working gauges on my A-pillar again smile
