No matter what gear its in or what speed, It flat out will shift to neutral at 3500 rpms.  NO slipping, it stopps pulling  at 3500 and the engine will red line if you not carefull .the trans has high miles. I changed the fluid, stuck some lucus in it, installed an adjustable modgulator, maxed out the line pressure and it still does it.


any thoughts ???

get a new transmission, lol. But really it could be a solenoid or valve body.
