6.0 G8 = 361HP
3.5 SHO = 365hp...

grandmas gonna blow past you boy!! haha

Not really, I lined up with a new SHO in the gto, and we were dead even to 85 mph......from zero to 85. so a 6.0L G8 should make mencemeat of a SHO.
But what do I know? I just drive a 5.7L (advertised) 350hp GTO

Well you do have to have a speical 5.5mm socket thats super thin walled to fit in to remove the distributor module on Fords. I thought the 7mm is pretty common, but the 5.5 is just assinine, and its on quite a few things.

A lot of in-dash pieces on GM's are 5.5mm as well, very handy socket to have around! Blower motors, resistors, actuator motors in the dash, etc

Don't forget to take into consideration weight, overall HP numbers don't mean shit in the weight:power ratio...and the SHO is considerably lighter than the G8

I thought the 5.7 goats only had a single exhaust
