This rotator bar is setup to run off an AC to DC cigarette lighter converter and only draws 4.4A of power @ 12v. There are two rotators and 4 half-mirrors, the upper center section is black, all the lower sections clear, and the upper outers are both blue. This is powered by a cigarette power plug and fused at 5A.
