It's a 2005-2007 model based on the grill

CX/CXL  it would have the 3800

CXS has the 3.6DOHC and also has foglights (which I don't think I see in the picture)

The new Buick LaCRosse/Allure Super has the 5.3L V8 but it's easy to identify with the 4 port holes on the fenders.
