Hello, All just wanted to say hi and just tell about my short time owning the car.
I bought the car about 3 days ago. I bought it for $1800!!
Here is what I did to it after buying it.(All optional really)
Rear struts Rear strut mounts Brakes New Calipers New Turn Signal Actuator New Right Rear Tail light New Front Left Lower Control Arm Alignment Synthetic Oil Wix Filter New Fog Light Switch Had a new set of keys made at the Dealer New fog light bulb Installed Cold Air intake system
Annnd thats about it.. Not to much just maintenance really... Has 90k on it. I know the previous owner so I know it was in good hands before...
Runs like a Rolex

I'd slap a warm air intake on mine. It makes the engine sound meaner. lol

Or get rid of a muffler. This engine has a nice lope to it without a muffler.

yeeeh i might do something cool with the exhaust here soon the stock exhaust is about shot lol..... I have no inspections here in Indiana so I don't have to worry about that but what about removing the cat and stuff I do NOT want to decrease my gas mileage at ALL soo what do you guys think my best root would be to take???

i had 2 3/4" pipe, a resonator where the cat should be, and two magnaflow mufflers and tips at the back, really... it just lets you know when youre hitting the gas too hard. other than that, i think its going to waste it regardless. lol i mean, i like to hear my engine...

I did a 2.5" from DP to two dual maganaflow glass packs. Removed my CAT and resonator.
You shouldn't lose fuel economy from removing your cat. Might even pick up a MPG or two.
I do like too hear my engine. My current set up drones a bit of the highway.

for me it depended, there was a place where you could hold the pedal and not even hear the engine. 1/16" more or less... rumble!
-ive been drinking.

I can always hear mine weather I'm on the pedal or not. Unless the top is down and the radio is turned all the up.

I have 2.5" from the downpipe back, no cat and a flowmaster super 40. It's obnoxiously loud. I installed a glasspack directly behind the cat to quiet it down a little, but the impact was only minimal.
