Glad to see this place is still here!

Just droppin' by to see what the old gang is up to.  Nothing much on my end, just been lurking around NAIOA a bit as far as forums go.  Been mainly wrenching on my old Blazer, which I finally (with the help of a buddy) got a new tranny put in and got back on the road.  Had to fix a leaky PS pump, replace the ignition lock cylinder, replace a power window motor, and now it needs the valve seals replaced.  It still needs a new driver's door, and I figure if I can't find a matching one I'm going to either rattle-can the whole thing or buy a cheap spray gun and shoot it with that Dupli-Color Paint Shop paint in my driveway next spring.

Other than doing a shit-ton of scheduled maintenance, I managed to do a couple of small mods to my red Impy recently (bought an Indy SS grille with a gold bowtie, painted it body color and installed it; also re-did my rear brakes and painted the calipers & rotors - no big whoop.)  I finally got some good summer tires for my Eagle 192's that I had on my Regal, so they're installed on Big Red now.  She just clocked over 100k this spring, so I'm looking at proactively replacing the LIM gasket with the new steel set that WOT-Tech sells.  At that time, I figure I'll locate a 3500 UIM locally and send that and my 3400 LIM to WOT-Tech for porting.  Again, no big whoop.

The "new" Impy already has 56k on the clock!  We've already had to replace the crappy stock "Badyears" (cords were showing on the front tires earlier this summer already!)  Other than that and oil and filter changes, I haven't done squat to that car yet.

Anyways, that's what's been up with me.  Maybe I should drop in here more often, huh?

Laterz!

Hey hey!!! Man, it has been a LONG time. I've posted some of your write-ups on your site so many times, it's memorized.

If we can keep the board going, come back and see us more Kevin.
