The lady I bought my '94 Cutlass coupe from, long ago said she took the owners manual inside her house and then lost it and I am having difficulty finding the fuse panel, I looked under the driver's side and I'm not seeing it. Under the passenger side?

Also I would be looking to buy a Owners Manual if you have a one out of a junk 93-94 Cutlass coupe should work ect.

ive only got two under my hood, one for the fuel pump/ecm, and another for the major fuses and relays of the car and a couple under the hood things (AC or cooling fans... ) then most of the rest of mine are in the glove box, theres a secondary opening in there... and yeah underneath it behind the black plastic under the dash, theres an (in)convenience center with a bunch of circuit breakers, the door chime module and a few other things.

OH and if youre looking for a specific blown fuse (or to see if you have any blown ones) turn the car on, and that accessory (dont have to start the car tho) and use a 12V test light grounded near by, and touch the tip to the two metal tabs that are exposed on the side of the fuse you are looking at. if one side lights up and the other doesnt, bad fuse!!! lol i know, its not rocket science, but i have to teach it to people at work, when other people do the same as the lady you bought your car off of.
there is only ONE place for an owners manual for a vehicle, INSIDE IT!!!

I was looking for the inch long or so two pronged metal ones, must be under the hood. Trying to sort out my screwing voltage gauge. Could just be a gauge going bad, but I seriously doubt it with 67,000 miles would think the rest of my gauges would be screwy. Had the alt and battery tested both checked out fine. With a extreme load on it (headlights, radio, wipers, cruise control, and defrost), it drops near 5-6 where it makes me wonder.

Sure you're familar with the itzy bitzy size of the glovebox in the Cutlass Supremes that year, former owner was a middle aged women who knows what else she kept in there that took up space.

Only panel I saw there was the colored 5-10-15- and 20ampers.

Thinking I could have a similar problem possibly as in this thread, because my voltage gauge does not stay down all the time even with all the accesories going as I stated above, it will dip down for a couple miles then return to 10-11. However, I'm not running all the toys as he is, but still it may be a possibly that I'm have a circut breaker issue. Now that I've found that thread again I'll know where to start.

thats a big voltage drop,  mine would be @ 13-14 while driving and when my bass REALLY hit it would go to just under 12. now, if i was stopped at a red light, while signaling, and pounding bass, with the heat on high, defogger on and headlights too. it would drop to just under 10. this was verified through the digital gage on my capacitor for the stereo. i added a HUGE ground, and cleaned the positive connection for the battery and the remote terminal up real nice, put everything back together, slid every fuse out and twisted the tabs at the ends, pushed them back in and it still had the problem a little. thats when i called it quits and lived with it.
