Ok, got into work this morning and the first thing I hear is......"I need you to check my car out"

I checked it out and there is a clicking from under the dash when you start the car (sounds like turn signal clicking).  Hit the signals/ hazards and it goes to normal click.  Turn of sigs/haz and sounds like it's on crack again.   Possibly the flasher relay?

I felt the dash and right above the tach, I could feel the pulse from the click.

couldn't do a whole lot w/ it don't know where flasher is on car.  If it's under the top of dash pad, I didn't have a 7mm socket to tear down.  couldn't  see a whole lot under the console cuz I didn't want to get too dirty for work.

Nope.  turn sigs all go.  haz sig same.  jut clicks really fast when not on.

she did leave her windows cracked all night and we had a storm.  Seat got soaked but nothing else.

that's what I'm thinking.  Chick touches a car and it's destroyed.  I think shehad the window cracked a little more than she thought after seeing what I thought was dust and water residue on the speedo cluster.  like she tried cleaning it off with her bare hands.
