Hi,

I have 2 problems with my Lumina...

1st: The coolant water is leaking, in a period I think 2 month ago complete reservoir is gone.

There is nothing in oil so I don't think its leak by cylinder head or intake manifold. The upper is replaced earlier this year after I watched few times that coolant water is gone. I take pictures where I seen coolant water.

2nd: I saw the vacuum line is broken which one is on front of the engine by the fuel rails. One goes to the fuel pressure another throttle body. I don't know if that in context to my higher fuel usage.

And the broken vacuum line:

Your picture isn't working because it's an attachment from another forum.

Stating your problems is nice, but what exactly would you like to know?

I've "fixed" the brittle vacuum lines with electrical tape like that before, that's about as good as it gets. You could get one from a junkyard, or replace it with rubber hose. I'm not sure if an autoparts store would have that, they'd probably tell you to replace it with hose or tape it. Might be a dealer-only special order type of part.

Do you have any smell of antifreeze anywhere? I had a pinhole leak in my radiator once that I didn't detect for several months.

I smell something but don't know if that antifreeze is.

I see the antifreeze on top of the engine on front side. I upload the picture. But I can't see where the source is.

GM can get the part but for 145 USD...

I can probably get you a used replacement for that VAC line, but not sure on the cost. Fairly cheap I would assuble, probably less than $30 shipped.

As for common places for leaking, two that come to mind are the TB gasket and the Coolant elbow. The elbow should have been replaced with the Lower intake manifold gaskets, because it needs to be off for it to be replaced. It often is overlooked. it's on the passenger side and goes into the LIM and the tensioner bracket. With coolent being on the LIM, I am not sure which is likely your issue, but you should try and dry it up, refill the coolant and then check to see if it is leaking around there again for a few days after. this might help pinpoint the issue.
