Ok, posted this on w-body.com and no one seems to know cuz no one's answering.

Does anyone know what the backspacing on a Chevy Equinox OEM rim.  I'm looking at possibly getting a set of 2006 17" stars for my Cutlass this summer.  I know the bolt pattern works.  I know that the aftermarket wheels for the Equi are looking to be 40mm (which will work for the Cutty) so, is that what the factory spec is?

If ya know or don't, is there a site I can find w/ backspacing info.

I'm gonna try tirerack cuz I forgot them.

Lemme know!  Thanks!

I was going to suggest tirerack, but it seems you already have that idea.

What you should od is pick a random GM dealer out of the phonebook, call them up and say you're looking for some aftermarket wheels for your Chevy Equinox and was wondering what the backspacing and offset is, and ask what they have available biggrin
