it really isnt that involved ken.  i took the parts off a 94 and put them on a wrecked 90.  took the bumper(full assembly), header panel(because it was broken,  thats why i dont know if theyre different),  and turn signal lights.  the headlights were the same.  hood was the same but we had to swap cause car hit a post and put a V in the nose.  fenders, corner lamps were the same.

the rear bumper is as easy as they come less the bolts up behind the wheels into the quarter.  the sides,  while i've never done them,  can't be that bad so long as the car isnt rusty/the screws come out.

way way back in the day i did way too much w-body work.  i became the local go-to guy and did anything from replacing suspensions or stock motors to engine swaps(documented firsts: first 3.1 to 3.4 swap, first 3.4 swap into a pre 91, first 5 speed lumina sedan, first 3400 lumina, first 3.1 turbo/4T60-E lumina) - i never want another cutlass as long as i live as i've spent so much time under them it's not funny...

well if it were to happen those parts come on and off fine.  entire chunks of the clips can be removed and swapped and reattached.

everything else is bolt on and off.

the biggest concern is  I think the rivets in the side of the car have a change in height.     mine would have to be lowered and his raised, I think. (meaning mine would require body work as IIRC they would be above the 91-93 siding)  but we would have to do a good side to side comparison to be sure.

If we had a place to do it i would be willing to do the swap in a day. Cleveland is about 1 hour away. As long as we could get the stuff mounted for the most part i would be fine doing it and driving home to finish it.

are you sure you don't have my car already?  LOL

i'll have to upload pics later.  mine is an SL and has the same color and exact appearance package as the car pictured.

I will probably be in Cleveland in two or three weeks, and for about 1 week.

ok well a sunday would be best for me. Let me know and i can meet ya up there. Mine is an SL also i will just have to get the bottom of the bumper painted to match and the ground effects painted to match. I am not really interested in the side cladding peices on the doors just the bumper, support, and side effects below the doors just to clear that up. also if you want to swap turn signals that would be kool.

well the side pieces on the door match the trim that goes under the door so that would not work!

I would really like to trade and swap these as a full set!  I believe it will be a direct swap for you, I have to do body work for it to fit for me.

will you do this as a full set swap?

sunday the 22 or 29th might work for me.

well the only date I may be around is on sunday the 29th, unless I am there the 22nd.

otherwise I am in cleveland on the 26th and 27th, i assume.

It is possible this idea may have to wait until another time.
