My parts car had turned into a home for goddamn mice. I don't know where or how they're getting in either. There's no rust holes in the body, and the spare dire drain plug is still in place. All the weatherstripping is good and the doors are always shut and locked. I went over the whole car but I can't find any way for them to get in. WHERE the FUCK are these bastards getting in??? Now I don't want to bring the car to my place to pull the engine/transmission because I don't want the fuckers infesting my garage.

Fucking rodents noplease

the ac vents and shit? when i got my car it was sitting in a field for like a year, had dead mice all over under the carpet, and in the AC vents.
according to my owners manual they have fresh air vents that allow the passage of air into and out of the car while driving. (behind the back bumper theres those rubber flaps that vent out the trunk.

I'm guessing yours is different since it's a 2-door. My 4-doors have vents on the front of the wheel well inside of the rear passenger doors, but those are sealed off from the cabin - I'm not sure how those really work.

i thought it was ALL cars that had the vents there, they would be behind the trunk lining on the sides of the car, and they exit/enter behind the back tire under the plastic bumper cover. every time i pull a bumper off a car at work or empty the trunks i see them there, but i dunno.

I do sofa, they made it a federal regulation years ago for vehicles to vent inside/outside air so that breathe-able oxygen can enter the vehicle (Ford made the first complete 100% "Air-tight" vehicle and people were suffocating/dying inside of them years back) So somewhere on your car there ARE vents for airflow, usually in the Cowl or behind the front fenders/inner wells that go up into the dash, that's the air that also passes through your blower motor

Like I said, my 4-doors have them next to the rear passenger doors. It seems the air enters the trunk and gets blown out of those vents to the outside.
