Checked the fuse, that's good, after figuring out how to get to the motor gave that a few taps, no luck. Is there a relay for the wipers? If there is, I can not find it anywhere. Also, there's a separate motor for the fluid sprayer, right? That does not work either now. Also, have a half-bad turn signal switch, could that affect the wipers?

I was going to say possibly bad turn signal switch, but since you said it's already half-bad I would DEFINITELY say yes it could effect the wipers.

LOL, and by "half-bad" I mean the passenger side Brake/Turn/Hazards work fine, the driver's side is the BAD side. I found that if we pull the stalk just slightly towards you, the driver's side will work.

thats because the switch is failing. replace the switch. the contacts arent making full contact.
