I'm trying to locate a ECM pinout diagram for a 1999 Monte Carlo 3.1.  Does anyone have this, or can you point me in the right direction?  

I'm having a cooling fan issue.  When warmed up to temp, the fans never come on.  I've bench tested the fans as well as the relays and everything checks out.  I'm attempting to check for continuity between the ECM and the relay.  

I guess while I'm begging for help here, I could ask for any thoughts or suggestions on this particular issue.
