I have a 93 Cutlass Supreme that is black.  My rear bumper seems to be fading a little and turning white.  Is there any way around this without repainting it?

alot of cut polishing. but if your clear is f'ed. then you need to re clear it at the very least. but a repaint to me would be the nominal option
