ok stupid question, but what is the right kind of grease to use for balljoints?  obviously i'm not using the factory sealed units anymore.  i'm using GM balljoints that have the zerk fitting on them.

I wouldnt know.  All of my cars still have the sealed units in new condition.

yeah that stuff is fine. We used that in the grease tubes before we rant out of it

i like to use synthetic or marine grease, but that will work just fine.

yeah since we ran out of that grease, we use that synthic valvoline grease... that some good stuff! but it aint cheap!
