So I just got off the phone with my performance parts guy, sourcing the last of the parts for the suspension work I want to do this summer (last couple weeks of July). Heres a list of what I have planned, if anyone can think of something else let me know! I don't want to miss anything here, lol.

- Coil over conversion on all 4 corners, DIY, all I have left to plan is the mounts, and they are in my head, I'll put them on paper when I get my hands on my new springs.
- Springs will be 375 up front and 300 in the rear... or is it the other way around... I dunno, I'm tired
- KYB GR-2 Struts
- Rear Adco sway bar
- GMPP tubular Trailing arms
- AWEB RSTB

I also want to go with all poly bushings, but he hasn't been able to find me a kit for the GP, so I dunno what to do about this. Can anyone else fill me in? I thought about trying to find out all the sizes and ordering a universal kit or something, but I dunno if you can even do that....

I would almost say you wanna go a little higher on the spring rate up front.

But while your there, duno if you changed the rear hubs yet, but something to look into, and depending on how much money you have to spend, Id look into the BMR lateral links as  well.

Well the FFP coilovers on the rear have a pring rate of 250 I beilieve, so the rear will be a bit harder than the FFPs already. I've yet to be able to find out the stock spring rate of the springs I have in the front. How much higher do you think I might wanna go?

I never thought of the lateral links to be honest. Do you have a link to an online store or anything like that?

So I'm on the BMR website, They have listed the forward and rearward mounts lateral links, both in pairs, I'm assuming I would need both of these? If so thats another $400 US, I dunno if I can swing that right now.

What kind of performance advantage could one expect by going to these peices? aside from adjustability.

Also, on the site they are listed as 97+ parts, is this similar to the trailing arms? they will fit both generations?

Im not sure of the stock spring rate, but I wouldnt go too much higher than that, but depends on what your looking for as well.

The BMR lateral links are MUCH stronger than the stock suspension, which means when your feeling like thrill driving, youll have much better support through the corners and the bars wont flex like the stock ones. All of the lateral links and trailing arms will fit your car
