Is there a write up anywhere on how to do this? I bought ST springs.

I haven't replaced springs, yet, but I'll help you out best I can!

Loosten lug nuts
jack up car, support car with both front wheels off the ground
take off wheels
**option here**
Remove brake lines from caliper OR remove calipers from brackets and support calipers with chicken wire or old coat hanger
Pop balljoints
unbolt the front sway bar from the control arm
Use your jack to support the strut tower
unbolt all three bolts on the top of your strut tower
slowly lower the strut tower down(your control arm should go low enough to to allow you to man handle the strut tower out of the car because the front sway bar is not connected to the control arm.

Once you have the strut tower removed, you need a spring compressor(you should be able to rent this at a parts store)

At this point I do not know what else to do, but this will get the strut towers out!!!
Good luck! LOL. hope this helps

I just took my car to the dealer and had them install in. For $180 installed it was worth it for me.
