What would the benefit of adding these? They make a rear for the cutlass supreme that i have but they make a front for the cutlass. Can i use the front and rear or just the rear?

Unless you either dont have ANY rear bar, or you have a CONVERTIBLE, the REAR BAR is not something I would do. If you don't already have the rear, then it will really help it out, but if you already have one, the differance will be negliglble (unless you plan to ?autocross? Is that what needes the stiffer back?)
The convertible has a lot more body-flex because of the lack of the roof, so it will really help that car out too, but if you already have a rear bar (escecially if it is already the larger 14mm), then it is more of a waste of money than anything.
As for the front bar, I have not really looked at the ADDCO one, but if it is one that will fit, and it is larger than at least the SMALL one, then go for it. I guess I should look that up.

addco makes a front bar for the cutlass? Thats news to me. Is it the 99+ cutlass? If so I dont think it will work since its a differenct platform.
the bar will help no matter whats back there. I had no sway bar when I put mine in and it made a HUGE difference. Even the stock 14mm bars really are not great for anything. You will still feel a defference.
Just have fun putting it in. Especially if you have no rear sway bar, its a PITA, but dont let that keep you fron doing it

Heres where confusion sets in. The Oldsmobile Cutlass is different than the Cutlass Supreme. Hence the Oldsmobile Cutlass / Cutlass Ciera. Difference car alltogether.
