Hi I have a 1991 Olds Cutlass Supreme Sedan with a 3.1 liter V-6/ Auto Trans. It has approx. 77000 miles and has four wheel disc brakes.  The Car was recently purchased. My problem is twofold. When driving the car I hear a odd clicking noise coming from the right rear wheel, when I put the brakes on it goes away. foot off of the brakes it can be heard again.
Any Ideas as to what may be causeing this would be greatly appreciated.

In additon,Idiscovered the car came with anti-theft plastic insert's over the lug nut's which requires a special wrench to remove. Needless to say it didn't come with the Car and the original owner, who is in her eighties has no idea what I'm talking about. Is there any way to get them off without the wrench?

the plastic lug covers should use a 19mm or 3/4" wrench to remove, same size as the lugs underneath anyhow... and as for the clicking... im no break expert, so i would look in the tread of the tire for a rock or something wedged in there.
