How was road noise?  I'm not overly concerned about dry performance, I woun't be racing or anything too crazy.

They were quiet tires.  I think you'd be happy with the Tigerpaws.

Well I'll check out how much BFGs cost, if they're too much I'm just gonna go ahead with the Tigerpaws.  We've got like a foot of snow in the last day I need new tires BAD!!  The TC is coming on all the time, I was sorta stuck in some snow today so I turned the TC off and just nailed the gas till those crappy old goodyears finally gripped lol

i hate hearing things like this, it damages sooooooo many things to get unstuck like this, also the tigerpaws... arround here anyway. theyre the cheapest tire available, now if you plan on buying tires to not be stuck in the snow. maybe you should get better ones. recycled tires on steelpress wheels are arround $40 a piece here. and you can get winter tires. then by the time summer comes, you can ride the old ones till ya got cash for decent tires. tiger paw tires never impressed me. (usually takes WAY too much weight to balance them too) ive personally put 4oz on ONE side of a tiger paw. but i guess if ya think about it, its better than slicks in the snow... (gentle persuasion is usually the best way to make big cars move in the snow) commin from the former driver of a 1997 mercury grand marquis -with bald tires in the winter. hahaha FWD sucks this year. i miss my Merc.

Well I picked up the Tiger paw AWPs

They was quite a difference in price between them and any BFG.

Lots people at the shop seem to like them.  So far much more grip! (But I guess I would expect that out of any new tire.. lol).
