its clarion... not sure of the wattage. but i think its like 650X2.... i could be wrong. i have it bridged too... it sits under the passenger seat, front to back ways, is as wide as the space between the seat rails, and sticks out the front a little. lol its ok though, cuz thats where the settings and stuff are... gonna get better pics of everything tomorrow. and a video of how much my ass rattles now. poor poor tail lights.

That is a nice amp mostly use for sound quality is a very clean amp. the power on it 160x2 @ 4ohm and bridge you are gettin 500 watts of nice clean power that's why you get a good bass reproduction. looks like you have everything properly adj. just make shure you have the gain and volt input set right (volt input is a nice feature mostly found on high quality amps). man , about the car being a mess mine is a real mess right know .i'am doing alot of work to it.

ok, so if i have 2V preouts... should i set it on 0.6V-2V or 2V-8V? and the gain i know i gotta wonk with a little... but i still have the sub-volume on the deck that helps out... anyone know of a good 5 channel amp for surround speakers? (the deck has a center channel) lol and yeah... i found out that the amp is less power then i thought. but the main things i wanted were a nice box, a decent amp (wanted a prettier one though) and a nice box. and a nice box. i really liked the look of this box, and it fit in under the rear deck. (with some custom speaker mounts made to raise em like 1") and it just barely clears the hinges. i wanna get some, more powerful, subs. these can shake the shit out of my car, but i wanna hear it louder.
any suggestions on how to stop a luggage rack from rattling? lol i think im getting rid of it. the tail lights are gonna get rags stuffed behind them, and silicone everything i can... but some shit is funny, like the mirrors. its like an acid trip! hahaha

if you have a 2v output from your head unit any of the setting in the amp should be fine ,just play with them where you get the best results to your subs. yeah ! a car is going to rattle petty bad ,but thats what most people want know days, you can use dynamat in the top to stop the rattling of the luggage rack and jl make a vet nice 5 channel amp.

im startin to get er set up pretty good... another question for the mexican... lol (tijuana_no) how should i wire the subs to the amp? the box has individual hookups for both sides, right now (at the advice of a friend who doesnt know much) i have a single (pretty damn heavy) wire, going from the + (bridged) to the first + on the box, then that -, over to the + on the other side, and the - there to the - on the amp.... is there a better way? maybe running 2 channels? or 2 sets of wires? something i read on the net today told me to just bridge the +s, and -s.... i wish i had a diagram, but to hook the first sub up to the amp, + to + and - to -, then run two more wires from the first, to the second sub.... does this not make sense? im on some high powered pain killers (split a molar in half, vertically) but i really tried and this took me like 20 mins to type... so it better be right.

ok, well when i run it for 2 subs at 4 Ohms it shows what i have done on diagram #2. but another question i have, is why do people mount subs in backwards sometimes? what does this do thats beneficial?

there was one major reason to mounting subs backwards and that was to save space ,you suppose to be able to cut the internal volume of the box up to 50 % you use to see this boxes long time ago in isoberic boxes when woofers needed alot more volumes.now is comming back again big mostly in show cars because woofer companies make some very beautiful subs and they want to show them off.
so ,is just to save space and looks. you dont gain better sound quality or SPL,or nothing that i'am aware of ......

hey i just read some of the start of this, lol i dont quite have 1300W i realized now since i looked up info on the amp. and 640 is about all im pumpin on bridged mode. lol but its cool. it still over powers the subs (or atleast just with the deck settings i can make the subs distort from over-excursion) but i love the bass. bass is soooo awesome. but i wanna replace the subs themselves with something that has more bass sound, and less bass feel... like the old JL audio subs... i forget the model name. but i remember they had a bigass magnet and didnt look too special but sounded AWESOME!!!
