For one thing, it's either hacked up or stolen because it has a 1993 VIN and a 1994 interior.

No control for the "rare" non functional HUD

The "tinted" windows are not very dark.

Who knows how much rust is underneath.

think about it though he took the time to do the interior so what says he didnt just want white buckets and put them in.

what do you think they will probably do?  get a police check on the current VIN, which will of course say it is not stolen.  

seats are from a 94 only, and are easy to change... the dash, the column, the headlight switch, the belts are all 1994 only as well.

VIN fraud... It's a Felony, baby!
