Dealer installed HUD.

I have to wonder if HUD was available on cars with base gauges and if the gauges didn't have a speedometer readout like the full clusters.

is it legal to make a car with no speedo? what do you say when the cop asks "do you know how fast you were going?" you could actually say No. hahahaha

I don't know about the base cluster.  In the digital guages cluster from GM, it had the BARGRAPH speedo, but not the digital readout one.

I have a press release on the HUD, and it says that the digital readout was removed to help keep focus on the HUD for speed instead of looking down.
